岗位职责和要求

Manage and push regional trade activities, brand marketing activities and advertisement execution and implementation, so that we can enhance the brand impact on local consumers and hence enable sales team to deliver sales target.
管理和推动区域渠道活动、品牌市场活动和广告执行和投放,从而确保本地消费者中的品牌影响力 ,进而帮助销售团队实现生意目标。

1.    Integrate trade marketing and brand marketing activities into execution guidelines to branch trade marketing;
将渠道营销和品牌市场活动整合为执行指引,提供给办事处渠道营销;

2.    Based on business needs and A&P budget to plan regional activities, and provide execution guidelines to branch trade marketing
基于生意需要和A&P预算,规划区域活动,给办事处渠道营销提供操作指引;

3.     Track and monitor activities execution, and feedback effectiveness and issue on time
追踪和监测活动执行,及时反馈有效性和问题;

4.     Understand market dynamics and new trend, collect competitor information from branch and provide insight to headquarter for decision making
了解市场变化和新趋势,从办事处收集竞品信息,提供洞察给总部供决策使用;

5.     Provide suggestions on local advertisement implementation (e.g. bus station, OOH, billboard and etc.), and follow through execution confirmation
给本地广告投放提供建议(例如公交站、户外广告、广告牌等)及跟进执行;

6.     Regional POSM management and supervision, including POSM, consumer gifts, fridge and etc.
区域POSM管理和监督,包括POSM,消费者赠品,冰箱等;

Responsible for local vendor contact and management, under guidance from C&P.
在采购部门的指引下,负责本地供应商的联系和管理。
