岗位职责和要求
Main mission
Support the development and deployment of Danone China’s People Cost budgeting system (“Planning Analytics”) as campaign/workstream manager and superuser, enabling the Zone HR Reward team to efficiently deliver consolidated people cost data and analyses to key stakeholders in support of organization and workforce planning
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and optimization of the Planning Analytics (PA) system
- Act as project manager for PA system functional and interface enhancement campaigns, propose and coordinate campaign timelines and work breakdowns, troubleshooting roadblocks with users and vendors as necessary to ensure on-time, on target delivery
- Own regular system maintenance and work cycles, including pre-Rolling Forecast data preparation, data quality checks, and HR/FIN user access management
- Develop user onboarding SOPs and materials to ensure effective user adoption
- Monitor vendors’ performance and service delivery
- Proactively identify and propose incremental enhancements (e.g., user experience improvements, data stewardship protocols) based on user feedback or observations
- Master and leverage PA system as the single source of truth for people costs, providing regular or ad-hoc data reports and analyses to support workforce decisions
- Lead or support assigned Reward initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Experienced C&B knowledge and practice
- Reward digital team role preferred; experience with IBM PA or similar platforms a plus
- At least 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or other data-oriented HR in-house or consulting roles, with project management experience (if from consulting firm, 3 years’ experience is ok)
- Good command of C&B knowledge, practices and local regulations
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
