岗位职责要求

         Data Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data (including actual sales and sales target allocation) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in sales force effectiveness. Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecasting and incentives.

         Incentive Scheme Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of current incentive programs through data analysis and performance metrics.

         Sales force efficiency analysis: Identify inefficiencies sales force deployment through the hospital and store coverage and sales productivity. Provide ideas to territory adjustment for sales team

         Team and cross function collaboration: Work with other SFE team members to ensure SFE process well-going. Support the business needs from cross function (sales, MKT, commercial, supply-chain..) to ensure work process smoothly.

         SFE System upgrade management: Support leader on clarify business requirements of SFE system such as MDM, Dashboard, etc. Coordinate with IT and system team on project tracking and keep the status well on-going.
