岗位职责和要求
Role Purpose
This role leads the digitalization of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Online Business enablement within Danone ELN. With over a thousand front-line sales representatives, it plays a critical role in enhancing execution quality, sales efficiency, and business visibility through robust and scalable digital solutions.
The mission is to ensure that SFE and online systems are smart, integrated, and business-driven, continuously improving how field performance is captured, analyzed, and acted upon.
Key Responsibilities
1. SFE Digital System Optimization
- Lead continuous optimization of existing sales behavior management systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable visibility of front-line execution data.
- Diagnose operational gaps and design data-led improvements that strengthen sales coverage, productivity, and performance management.
- Redefine dashboards, KPIs, and workflows to enable end-to-end visibility — connecting field execution to regional and headquarter-level insights.
2. Online Business Enablement
- Lead the design and enhancement of digital solutions supporting D2C operations, including mini-programs, CRM, and related data infrastructure.
- Drive system optimization to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and integration with broader sales operations.
- Ensure that online business solutions are aligned with business goals and scalable for future growth.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Governance
- Collaborate closely with Sales sub-functions (Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Regional Operations, etc., ), IT, and senior commercial leadership to align priorities and implementation plans.
- Jointly clarify, validate, and prioritize business requests, ensuring that digital solutions are well-scoped, value-driven, and operationally feasible.
- Maintain transparent governance and consistent communication across all stakeholders to ensure clarity, accountability, and progress visibility.
4. Project Management & Delivery Excellence
- Act as the PMO lead for SFE and online digital initiatives, ensuring disciplined planning, milestone tracking, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate requirement reviews, testing, and post-launch evaluations to ensure system performance meets intended business impact.
- Ensure each delivery achieves high operational relevance, sustainable adoption, and measurable business benefit.
Candidate Profile
- Commercial-Digital Integrator: Deep understanding of sales force operations, SFE methodology, and data-driven performance management.
- System Optimizer: Proven experience in managing or designing CRM / SFE / DMS / D2C systems; able to translate sales operations needs into digital solutions.
- Structured Problem Solver: Strong analytical capability and structured thinking to identify root causes and design practical, scalable improvements.
- Collaborative Leader: Effective stakeholder manager who can engage sales leadership, regional teams, and IT partners with clarity and shared purpose.
- Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stream projects, ensuring quality delivery and sustained business impact.
- Experience: 4-7 years in SFE, commercial excellence, or digital transformation within FMCG or consumer industries; bilingual (Mandarin & English).
