BACKGROUND

 

ELN Paeds team is Danone Childcare Specialized Nutrition Division. The mission of the division is to help more children and family back to health and happiness through medical nutrition.

 

China ELN Paeds team positioned as one of the key markets for growth with more than 20 years’ experience in CHINA market.  We focus on three pipeline: Allergy, Growth and METs&KETO.  We are the market leader in Allergy category with complete and advanced pipeline.  In Growth category, we are the most fast growth player and market share in top 3.  In METs&KETO category, we the market leader and have more China label FSMP and advanced products available in China market. 

 

The role will be the key role to work very closely with Sales Heads to drive the sales competency development to enable the Paeds business growth. 

 

 

 

Key Accountabilities of Role

1.      Understand business strategy.  Work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership team to create training strategy to support sales force capability development.

2.      Able to diagnose sales functional competency gap, develop the annual sales training plan for DSMs and front-line sales force base on real business needs.

3.      Know advanced training methodology and can apply to training programs.  Can well execute and developing internal courses, building training materials and field coaching projects.

4.      Coach and develop the team to strengthen the team competency.

5.      Prioritize the learning needs and responsible for learning budget control and effectiveness.

 

 

Knowledge & Skills   

1.    Education / Professional Certificate: Bachelor’s degree in Medical, HR or Training

2.    Working Experience: At least 10 years’ of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry sales, with 3 years of leadership and management experience and 3-5 years of sales training/L&D experience

3.    Skilled in learning consultation, facilitation, program design and training delivery
