Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and target market
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs
3. Create and manage marketing campaigns with media proposals across various platforms, touchpoint and channel
4. Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
5. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, sales growth, and consumer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies.
6. Develop and manage the brand budget, monitoring spending and optimizing allocation of resources.
Qualification, Knowledge & Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above with fluent English both in spoken and written.
2. 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of successful brand campaigns.
3. Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer behavior.
4. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and brand performance analysis.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
7. Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building and innovating brands.
8. Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, PR and content marketing.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
10. Experience in direct team management is preferred.
