岗位职责和要求

JOB SUMMARY:

As the owner of Digital Health Tech Innovation, this role will lead and drive our ambition to be market leading in digital health solutions across the categories Danone plays in Greater China, North Asia and Oceania - IMF, Beverage, Healthy Aging, Dairy & Plant Based.

It’s a strategic role in developing and guiding the local BU team of a clear digital health tech solutions strategy, bring to market superior digital pipeline and winning value propositions to drive long term sustainable growth for our brands.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver long-term digital health tech strategy & value proposition

I. Understand consumers better than competition and translate this into digital solutions strategies and plans that impact consumers and drive disruption

II. Lead digital health tech strategy including winning value proposition, integration within master brand strategy, demand generation model.

Develop long-term digital inno pipeline

I. Develop an innovation pipeline to drive growth agenda. Act as Business lead for digital health tech projects.

II. Lead in-depth consumer understanding, to generate China-for-China innovation ideas. Mobilize cross team and global resource to achieve on-time launch.

III. Co-work with local science and digital development team and global team to drive synergy and efficiency on innovations.

IV. Analyse geographic and category white spaces to identify new opportunities

Key Partner with local BU marketing

I. Deliver the RTM & launch plan for digital health tech inno launch

II. Ensure the implementation of overall digital solutions strategy and communication

III. Understand the current business performance, integrated marketing plan, consumer feedbacks etc. to optimise digital solutions strategy


Be the voice of local market to the global team

I. Champion China’s/local market’s voice in global forums for digital innovation

II. Collaborate on globally led digital innovation projects

III. Align local strategy under the framework of global objectives


REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum university graduate.
  2. 6-8 years of mkt experience, at least 3 years’ experience as brand/sub-brand owner within digital platform related industry.
  3. Solid experience in managing international/global communication.
  4. Good skill of market trend understanding and consumer insight generating.
  5. Fluent in English and Mandarin in verbal and in written.
  6. Proven track record of successful innovation projects and experienced in digital area.
  7. Strong analytical skills to extract meaningful consumers insights for product/service value proposition and innovation
  8. Effective collaboration with S&I team/CRM team/digital health-tech science & development team to support projects
  9. Have developed superior digital consumer experience and assets
  10. Ability to translate complicated technology into easy-to-understand consumer language.
