Key Accountabilities of Role
1. Independently manage assigned therapeutic area/products, and fully responsible for marketing plan, strategy and marketing activities implementation in HCP channel.
2. Marketing and Sales data Analysis conduct the sales forecast; review the product performance regularly and adjust the marketing initiation according to the analysis.
3. Maintain and develop the relationship with KOLs, train and cooperate with the Speaker to deliver core messages and concept which follow the key strategy.
4. Collaborate with KA, commercial and sales team to push the hospital listing and
sales performance.
5. Working closely with sales team and local marketing to reach the assigned target, collect and understand the sales and region feedbacks; make sure the implementation of marketing activities follow the center strategy and fit for the local market situation
6. Promotion and sales tools preparation, to create the effective tools for sales team
7. Key projects management, to handle multi-activities in the meantime and ensure the results.
8. Collborate with consumer marketing, trade and EC to ensure the brand strategy is implemented in all channels.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree (or above) in Medicines or Pharmaceuticals or nutrition
2. Minimum of 7 years with at least 5 years marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies
3. Having experiences on pediatric surgery or clinical nutrition is a plus
4. Able to work under job stress and to travel to different places.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills
6. Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing
7. Proactive, innovative, self-motivative and teamwork
8. Good PC skills on MS Office.
