岗位职责和要求

1.       Identify the growth opportunities for new health aging consumer groups (50+ y.o.) by consumer understanding, market analysis, and Danone right to win assessment.

2.       Develop winning bundles towards the identified growth opportunities.

a)         Develop branding strategy, including brand hierarchy, brand name and brand logo, brand VI, etc.

b)        Develop product bundle (product concepts, key claims, etc.) that resonate target consumer and cut through in competition

c)         Develop brand communication guidebook, including brand positioning statement, message house, brand imagery, KV, video, etc.

d)        Co-lead with digital team to develop winning digital service of Ganmai

Qualification, knowledge & experience

a)         Minimum university graduate

b)        7+ years of market experience, at least 1-year innovation management experience and 1 year of brand management experience.

c)         Solid working experience with international or global team

                   Language: fluent in written and oral English and Chinese.
