岗位职责和要求

Routine category and performance tracking

Routine performance tracking report delivery and market insight digging through consolidated data source. (IQVIA, Nielsen, Smartpath, KWP, BHT)

Category and Danone performance forecast

Forecast category and Danone performance by combining business knowledge and forecast model output. Keep year to go assumption on check.

Explain past and predict future business diagnosis

Deliver synthesized business diagnosis and outlook for monthly review forum (BU and Zone), and quarterly business review, annual operation plan etc.

Data and report automation

Co-work with data and automation mgr. to keep power BI dashboard monthly updated and iterate up on evolving business needs.

Fuel business team with insight to make data driven decision

Fuel business teams with data and insight, to build data driven innovation business case, annual operation plan, strategy plan, quarterly business review etc.


Requirement

1. Deep understanding of business performance tracking tool kits, parameter includes sales/retail audit, brand health tracking, shopper panel, and category forecast.

2. Ability to create explain past & predict future business diagnosis for category and business.

3. Ability to present story telling business review in front of senior management (BU and Zone).

4. ‘MECE’ (Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive) and ‘hypothesis-driven validation’ mind set.

5. Mastery of office software and data visualization software, e.g., think cell, excel pivot, power BI.

6. Strong business acumen, ‘think like a GM’ (i.e., anticipate BU and Zone management needs).

7. Adult nutrition and healthy aging related category knowledge, i.e., enteral nutrition, aFSMP, adult nutrition supplement etc.

8. Detail focused, good working habit in charting, plotting and data checking.
