Position Objective岗位目标
1、Supply and logistics network planning and optimization, exploration and innovation of logistics models, to support business growth;
供应及物流网络规划与优化,物流模式探索与创新,以支持业务增长;
2、Coordinate the national logistics cost annual budget and rolling forecast, collaborate with regional supply chains and cross-department teams for logistics cost management and optimization, continuously seek opportunities and implementating for logistics productivity.
统筹全国物流年度预算及滚动预测,与区域供应链及跨部门协同进行物流成本管理与优化,不断寻求物流节约增效机会并落地实现;
3、Collaborate with the sales department and regional supply chain team to develop efficient and agile logistics channelized solutions in response to evolving channel trends, supporting operational transformation and business growth.协同销售部门以及区域供应链团队,针对不断发展的渠道趋势,开发高效敏捷的渠道化物流通解决方案,支持运作转型及生意增长。
4、Coordinate with the e-commerce regions and other departments to ensure the supply and demand mechanism, logistics model, and order fulfillment for the supporting of the business growth of the region.
与电商及其它销售部门联动,完善、保障电商销售区域的供需机制、物流模型、订单履行,支持该业务单元增长。
5、Collaborate with the new product project team and regional operations team to design efficient and agile logistics solutions based on the new product development plan, supporting the successful launch and growth of new products.
协同新品项目团队及区域运作团队,基于新产品开发计划,设计高效敏捷的物流通解决方案,支持新品成功上市及发展。
Responsibilities 岗位职责
1、Based on the production capacity master plan, sales RTM strategy, supply model and other information, implement supply chain network planning and adjustments, DC functional models designing, and explore and innovate logistics modes to support business growth;
基于公司产能布局规划、销售策略、供应模型等信息,进行供应链网络规划和调整,进行DC功能模型设计、物流模式探索与创新,以支持业务增长;
2、Coordinating to complete the yearly and rolling budget of logistics cost, and ensure that the logistics spending is in line with the budget plan.
协调完成物流成本年度预算及滚动预算,并且通过日常管理,确保物流成本在总体上与预算规划一致;
3、Work with the regional supply chain team to ensure that productivity are achieved through pileline and efficient execution, and plan and pipeline for the next year;
与区域供应链团队一起,通过前瞻性规划以及高效率执行,确保年度节约增效达成,并为来年的节约增效做好规划和准备;
4、Analyze & define effective logistics solution to support RTM strategy and transformation projects, co-work with regional supply chain team to ensure effective implementation to reach target
设计有效运作模型,支持RTM策略和转型项目,联动区域供应链团队确保有效的实施/执行,达成目标;
5、Co-work with RTM, define and implement different channel customers selection criteria and service package
与RTM团队协作,设定不同渠道客户甄选标准以及业务服务包,并予以实施
6、Through full collaboration with the e-commerce team, follow up on the implementation of the supply and demand mechanism in e-commerce sales regions, ensuring excellent service levels and advanced supply and logistics models.
通过与电商团队的充分协同,跟进落实电商销售区域的供需机制,保障优秀的服务水平,前沿的供应及物流模式。
7、Responsible for logistics operation model design & evaluation of new product development
负责新品开发的物流运作部分模型设计和评估
Deliverables 工作产出
1、Reasonable deployment rules, mid and long term logistics network to match business development
合理的月度配送规则规划,匹配业务发展的物流中、长期网络规划与物流资源配置;
2、Logistics costs meet budget requirements, abnormal expenses are monitored and controlled
物流成本符合预算要求,异常费用得到监控和控制;
3、Annual efficiency projects achieve goals and future annual efficiency plans
年度节约增效项目达成目标,并输出未来年度的节约增效规划;
4、Excellent logistics RTM project implementation to support the requirement of business growth.
卓越的物流通路模型及物流创新模型项目设计及实施推广,以支持生意增长需求
5、Demand and supply mechanism for the development of e-commerce sales regions, to develop logistics models, and implement daily order tracking;
支持电商销售区域生意发展的供需机制,物流模型,订单日常跟踪
6、Proper logistics operation model for new product development
为新品开发设计合适的物流运作模型
Competency Requirements 能力素质要求
1. Rich working experience in logistics / customer service,better to have Log. Cost and supply network management experience丰富的物流&客服工作经验,具备物流成本及网络设计管理经验;
2. Falimiar with route-to-market operation & knowledge 对市场通路运作熟悉,并具备相应知识储备
3. Falimiar with E- com channel & order management experience对电商销售渠道及供需机制熟悉,并有订单管理经验
4. Rich working experience in project management 丰富的项目管理经验
5. Own training experience & construction knowledge of training 具备培训经验及培训体系的知识储备
6. Good communication & collabration capability,especially with commercial & sales team 优秀的沟通合作能力,特别是和销售及商务团队
Position requirement / Critical experience 岗位工作经验要求
1. At least 5 years working experience in logistics or customer service 至少在物流或客服领域有5年工作经验
2. Own team management experience & at least one team member is manager level 具备团队管理经验,团队中至少有1名经理级别
3. Own route-to-market knowledge具备市场通路知识
4. Own project management experience 具备项目管理经验
5. Fluent English,at least for daily business communication 英语流利,读写俱佳,能用于日常沟通交流
6. Better to have training experience 具备培训经验为佳
