Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deploy, optimize, and harden security for Cisco network devices (switches, wireless controllers, ISE)
• Manage and utilize Cisco ISE and DNA Center to achieve network automation and policy management
• Participate in enterprise network architecture design to ensure compliance with best practices and security standards
• Lead large-scale network projects, coordinating cross-team and cross-product collaboration to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, drive project progress, and resolve technical issues
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex network issues, and ensure high availability and security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields
• 5+ years of network management experience in multinational companies; proficient in Cisco Catalyst 9xxx series switches and wireless technologies
• Expert in Cisco ISE and DNA Center; familiar with network automation management
• Strong expertise in network security deployment (switch layer, wireless controllers, and ISE)
• Basic Python programming skills for network automation and script development
• CCIE certification required
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure, deliver quickly, and lead large-scale projects from planning to execution
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Prisma Access is a plus
