岗位职责和要求
Position Objective:
As co-pilot of the project together with project business leader:
1.Overall accountable for end-to-end success of the Project。
2.Manage the Initiation, planning, execution and closure of the project throughout its lifecycle.Ensure project delivery on time, quality, cost, scope.
3.Support the project business leader to establish necessary team operation systems to build a high performance project team.
Responsibilities:
1.Drive project execution per project plan in the most efficient way to meet business needs, including resources, timeline with critical path, Issue escalation/resolution, risk management, change management, financial management, and stage gate controlling.
2.Ensure project priorities, plans, project success metrics and collection processes are established and synchronized with the associated organizational portfolio and master plans.
3.Coordinate, prioritize, plan, and ensure skill sufficiency for internal and external project team members.
4.Manage interdependencies across other projects and interdependent organizations.
5.Measures and reports progress with stakeholders and the project team, establish and execute project status communications.
6.Ensure proper closure of project on all areas, build replicable experience and insights for iteration.
Position requirement:
1.5 years of working experience, experience in FMCG as a plus.
2.PMP certification.
3.Expertise in project management.
4.Solid knowledge in at least one functions of Sales, MKT, Operations, SC, Quality, R&I.
5.Good communication and engagement skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
6.Influence skill and speak out when facing management team.
7.Result-driven with resilience.
