1. Streamline supply and inventory strategies for finished goods, semi-finished products, and raw & pack materials, while enhancing cross-regional supply mechanisms to ensure efficient and flexible operations.
持续优化成品、半成品及原辅料的供应模型和库存策略,进一步健全跨区供应机制,实现供应的高效性与灵活性。
2. Optimize the annual supply network plan, develop nationwide monthly by plant supply plans for finished and semi-finished products as well as monthly demand plans for raw and pack materials, and ensure alignment with regional planning teams on weekly supply phasing.
规划年度供应网络,制定全国分工厂成品、半成品的月度供应计划及原辅料月度需求计划,并与各区域就分周供应节奏达成一致。
3. Continuously build up people capability in HQ and region to fuel business growth.
持续关注并提升总部及区域计划人员能力匹配和助力业务增长。
Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Ensure HQ supply planning team convert sales FCST to long-term plan with SNDP system running; (Delivery /Transfer /Production Plan); clearly download information to region to trigger starting of planning cycle.
确保总部供应计划有效运行SNDP,输出发运/转储/生产/库存等一套完整计划,有效传递信息给到区域,开启区域计划工作。
2. Lead HQ supply planning team continuously identify network optimization opportunity for national supply network optimization and cost reduction in terms of FG, R&P and SFG.
带领总部供应计划团队持续挖掘成品,原辅料及半品的供应网络优化的机会点,助力于成本优化。
3. Set up FG, SFG, R&P, supply model and strategy.
建立成品,半品及原辅料供应模型及策略。
4. Set up mechanism to visualize and drive national & by region FG, SFG, R&P planning results and action plan for improvement.
建立工作机制,对于全国及区域的成品,半品及原辅料计划结果的追踪并呈现;各区制定计划并不断提升。
5. Support master plan and budget process. Lead team with on time and high quality delivery.
支持长期计划及预算流程。带领团队高效及时完成。
6. Set up and optimize HQ & Region/Cross region working mechanism and SOP.
带领总部计划建立并优化总部和区域,区域与区域之间的工作流程和SOP.
7. Support new product launch. Assign qualified coordinator to project team to facilitate with supply network design and special material control.
支持新品上市。委派项目协调员代表供应计划参与项目制定供应网络并控制特殊物料。
8. Supplier management to achieve best material agility.
供应商管理提升从而达到最佳的物料灵活性。
9. Team management & talent development through detailed PDR/TDP, training plan and coaching.
通过制定详尽的PDR/TDP,培训计划和辅导,管理团队及发展个人.

1. At least 10 year FMCG Supply Planning working experience
