Area of responsibility:
1. Drive product-line growth a) Be responsible for business performance b) Support in developing overall demand generation strategy & execute with excellence c) Track & analyze business performance & drive action plans for success 2. Be responsible for 360 marketing communication a) Plan brand marketing calendar to deliver Marketing & Communication Objectives b) Lead 360 activation ( social campaign, celebrity, IP sponsorship, brand collaboration, etc.) and Always-on marketing activities (seeding, SEO, SEM)
c) In charge of go-to-market communications based on market & consumer trend 3. Investment management Strategize & manage overall budget behind across different platforms to deliver business ambition
Function competencies:
1. Solid experience of marketing communication ( branding, Seeding, social activation)
2. Experience in driving consumer demand as brand leader proactively
3. Business acumen with strong analytical skills
Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Education and Experience
a) Bachelor's degree or above
b) Over 8 years of solid background in brand marketing, product marketing in FMCG
c) Experience in CBEC, OTC, Nutrition brand a plus
2. Specific Knowledge
a) Good business acumen with strong analytical skills and ownership
b) Number sensitive, new business model sensitive
c) Experience in new eCommerce business ecosystem a plus
3. General skills
a)Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin
b)Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word
c)Good communication & interpersonal skill d)Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
