This role is setup to help building the framework of business analysis embeding ROI mindset with key responsibilities as followings:
·Establish systematic and digitalized methodologies, financial models, and metrics in business analysis to drive insights from an end-to-end approach.
·Define precise investment evaluation methodologies and tools for ROI improvement in demand creation spend.
·Collaborate with digital, RTM, Trade marketing and Marketing team to establish useful tools and playbooks to empower and digitalize commercial organizations.
Requirements of the role:
·Master degree in Statistic, Mathematics, and computer software related major is preferred.
·8 years + rich experiences, including 3 years + of in financial analysis and data modeling management.
·Strong project management and influence skills.
·Good change management and agile to continuously adapt to new business needs and technology developments.
