Main Mission

We enable the delivery of ELN GC business strategy with effective risk control and end-to-end process governance from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Support supply chain governance lead to enhance governance and conduct risk management of supply chain (from procurement to plant to logistics) activity, project and spending, focusing on in-process execution monitoring and risk alerts.

• 识风险 理流程 推优化Supply Chain Business Risk Identification, Process Review & Improvement:
• Risk identification and alert for overall supply chain operation model, key investment projects and/or spending
• Review the end-to-end supply chain business processes to identify design gaps and risks
• Benchmark with industry practice to identify gaps and improve the process governance and/or uplift the operation efficiency.
• 抓执行 善反馈 In-process Execution Monitoring:
• Execution consistency checking for supply chain/plant operation, key projects and investment
• KPI delivery tracking, supervision & verification
• Drive just-in-time correction and follow-ups
• 懂宣贯 会赋能 Engagement & Empowerment:
• Formalize the governance rules and key process with standard operating documents
• Provide training to related staff and business partners regarding SOP/rules

• Enable to plan and perform to achieve the objectives of supply chain risk management role and specific assignments
• Business Proximity to understand the business model and key business activities
• Timeliness and visibility of significant risk identification & alert
• # of process improvement points & effective implementation
• Logistics/operation cost efficiency/avoidance
• Awareness of governance discipline/rules by supply chain staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain, audit and business administration etc.
• 4+ years’ experience in SC audit or operation excellence (Risk management, management consultancy, internal control, internal audit and continuous improvement etc) of MNCs or professional agency.
• Strong capability of logistics management with both warehouse & transportation
• Solid experience in data analysis and process mapping.
• Solid project management and reporting skill
• Good communication skill.
• Ability to work under pressure
