岗位职责和要求
Position Objective
To lead the execution of end-to-end recruitment operations across business units, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality hiring. This role will drive process consistency, and partners closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into actionable recruitment plans.
2. Leverage relevant advertising resources to create awareness and attract qualified applications.
3. Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness for open positions.
4. Build and maintain candidate pools of strong former candidates and new prospective candidates within the functional area that your support.
5. Conduct regular reviews of candidate pipelines and hiring progress with business stakeholders.
6. Support implementation and usage of recruitment tools and systems (e.g., ATS, e-recruitment platforms).
7. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., headhunters, job boards) to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
Requirements
1. 4-6 years recruitment or other HR experience with matrix organizations, preferably in consumer or healthcare industry
2. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
3. Excellent communication skills and the capability to build partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders
4. Results-orientation with a collaborative working style
