ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
This role is responsible for end-to-end medical intelligence work for adult medical nutrition business. The incumbent will track global and local academic updates, industry trends and competitor medical layouts, and provide evidence-based insights to support medical strategy formulation, in-line product lifecycle management, new product launch, medical evidence system construction and clinical research development. This position also supports internal approval process management and daily administration of clinical research projects to ensure compliant and efficient project delivery.
1. Medical Intelligence & Academic Monitoring (Core)
Continuously track latest guidelines, consensus, clinical literature and industry policies in adult clinical nutrition. Analyze competitors’ medical strategies, clinical pipeline and evidence development, and deliver regular industry intelligence reports and trend analysis to identify clinical unmet needs and academic opportunities.
2. Medical Strategy & Product Medical Support (Core)
Support the formulation and optimization of department medical strategies. Manage post-launch products, medical evidence systems and academic materials. Provide full-cycle medical support for new product launch, including evidence matrix building and launch medical insight output.
3. Medical Evidence & Clinical Research Support (Core)
Responsible for literature retrieval, screening, interpretation and centralized management of medical evidence. Participate in clinical research feasibility evaluation and protocol discussion and provide professional medical suggestions for research design and optimization.
4. Clinical Research Process Management (Secondary)
Manage internal approval, project initiation and daily process administration of clinical studies in accordance with SOP and GCP requirements. Follow up approval progress, coordinate cross-department communication, and ensure complete and traceable project documentation and filing.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Provide professional medical intelligence and academic interpretation to internal teams, support compliant academic promotion and guarantee professionalism of all medical affairs work.
1. Education: Master’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, nutrition or related majors with solid medical and pharmaceutical knowledge base.
2. Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience in pharmaceutical/medical nutrition industry. Solid full-time working experience in medical intelligence. Proven experience in participating in clinical research projects with good understanding of GCP and project operation procedures.
3. Professional Competencies: Proficient in medical literature retrieval and data analysis, capable of independently delivering high-quality medical intelligence reports, including industry and science update. Familiar with clinical nutrition industry trends and evidence system construction. Possess logical thinking and medical strategic insight.
4. Soft Skills: Meticulous, responsible and compliant. Excellent cross-departmental communication and project coordination ability. Good English reading and writing skills for academic literature study.
1. Working experience in medical affairs of special medical food / clinical nutrition / chronic disease pharmaceutical industry.
2. Experience in medical strategy formulation, new products launch medical support and evidence system building.
3. Practical experience in clinical research project management and compliance control.
