ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU

 

Key responsibilities:

 

-         Translate MZ+ brand strategy and initiative into creative idea, land to activation platforms

-         Partners with cross functional teams to ensure MKT activities are executed according to strategy

-         Apply understanding of consumers, competitors, external ecosystem to adapt the creative activation plans

-         Monitor & control M+ marketing budget of the programs under his/her control

-         Work independently with external agencies/vendors & internal business counterparts

-         Identify business opportunity by leveraging internal & external resources and propose action plans

 

 

 

-          Experience in brand communication/social media, beverage experience is preferred, sport experience and business acumen as plus

-          Strong communication skill with multi-internal & external stakeholders, with learning agility and resilience

-          Ability of project management and multi-task handling

-          Fluent in English
