ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
v Support the GT group leader to execute the Distributor & SP (service provider) management:
- Digitalize Distributor & SP operation foundation
- Driving Distributor & SP service quality improvement
- Establish an efficient Distributor & SP assessment and in/out model
- Cross functional cooperation with internal functions such as sales/finance/TM/Operation to execute distribution projects
- Improve and innovate RTM model to better support low-tier city coverage and brand penetration
Key Responsibility & Description (tasks)
1. Distributor & SP Fundamental efficiency
· Distribution Stock Days as required
· Data accuracy & timeliness 100%
· No historical expense issue & payment in time
2. New model development
· Leverage SP capability to build new model and new category
· Coordination with external third party service providers to support SP operation
· RTM model improvement and innovation
3. SP operation
· Improve DSR execution rate
· Monthly scorecard review with SP and tracking action plan
· Deploy channel activity & control expenses

1. Sales experience and competency

4. Basic logistics and IT system knowledge
5. In-store Execution and POS control capability

Qualification ,Knowledge & Experience

3-year experience in FMCG
Education: Degree level
