ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU

Mission of the role

·       Lead Douyin strategy development. Contribute to further develop the business in FGS.  Build a clear and solid business planstrong content operation & livestream management to win in both market share and key range SPRE business growth

·       Good Store End to End management skill. Lead Douyin business model to drive the growth, and fully understand livestream operation & short video content marketing

·       P&L management. Owner of Store P&L. Clearly knowing where to allocate the budget and how to maximize the ROI.

·       Rolling Forecast. Responsible for the forecasting of Store, working closely with trade marketing to deliver an accurate forecast which can meet both sales achievement and product request.

·       Business monitoring and analysis.  Closely monitor business status via regular reporting, leverage insights or learnings from the analysis to define new growths levers or opportunities.

·       Manage Store stock based on historical performance and business projection on SKU level.

Achieve yearly sales target and gain share in FGS

l  Propose the sales plan for the assigned SPRE range to implement the strategic goals set for the business growth

l  Strong skill in Douyin FACT+ field ,Lead E2E business from 5A user to business growth

l  Analyzes & insight from current Performance and defines future Business Opportunities

l  Defines Action Plan with clear models

Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives

l  Propose a Sales Budget (volumes, trade spending, etc.) for the Store assigned

l  Allocate sales volumes and trade spending budgets

l  Monitors Sales Targets achievement on monthly bases and proposes revision where necessary (volumes, profits)

l  Monitors Profit and Loss in the customer Accounts assigned

l  Forecast promotional sku quantities

l  Manage Store stock days

End to end business ability

l  Strong content & seeding skill to drive 5A user by efficiency investment

l  Excellent livestream understanding & operation to lead to engage consumer experience and drive business competitive growth

l  Develops with Private Domain operation to maximize consumer LTV

Data analysis

l  Combine multi-data to analyze FGS performances and market trends

l  Prepare internal reports for data sharing (scan data, project evaluations, promotions ROI.)

Good Communication in internal and external cooperation

l  Be good at listening and asking to find key message from cooperator

l  Good communication skill to increase customer emotional relationship

Manage DP team in supporting business

·       Manage & guide DPs operation & execution to ensure the achievement of business targets

Education and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        5 years working experience on B2C sales operation role or customer management role, FMCG industry is preferred.

·        Ideally working experience on B2C business operation, Ali eco system operation is preferred.

·        Strong data analytical mentality
