Responsibilities

Provide full cycle recruiting services including job posting development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Understand and remain aware of industry and market trends, and how they affect sourcing, attraction, and retention of talent.

Establish priorities, strategies and metrics to ensure alignment with delivering business/functional and TA goals.

Utilize recruitment technology systems, process enhancements, and analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities.

Consults with businesses/functions regarding their recruitment related projects or initiatives; actively participates as part of project teams.

Develops and maintains internal/external relationships related to the recruitment process which may include: hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, etc.

Utilizes deep recruitment subject matter expertise and partners with business and HR leadership (e.g. BU Managers, Business HR Managers, etc.) regarding recruiting/sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics
- Talent Pooling: pro-actively engage business and HR leaders foreseeing the future critical talent needs and build 6-12 months external talent pool.
- Talent Market intelligence for critical roles.
Requirements
- At least 8 years recruitment experience with matrix organizations, preferably in consumer or healthcare industry
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to build partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders
- Results-orientation with a collaborative working style
