岗位职责要求

Support marketing manager to lead brand equity building and integrated activation for Linyi, ultra premium brand, ensuring consistent brand growth, strong consumer resonance, and measurable business impact through insight-driven and data-informed deployment.

 

1.      Brand Equity Building
Own brand equity, including brand message hierarchy, benefit & superiority statement, hero visuals, videos and long term narrative consistency across all touchpoints centering consumer tension, category relevancy and brand/product fit.

It shall stay optimized centering product benefit & superiority to top of industry.

 

2.      Brand & product superiority building communication

a)     Plan annual marketing calendar.

b)     Lead 360 activation and Always-on marketing activities, with focus on Lingyi product superiority

c)      In charge of product superiority communications based on market & consumer trend.

d)     Collaboration excellence in activation resources maximisation

e)     Data-driven Campaign Evaluation
Own post-campaign analysis and learning agenda.

 

3.      Investment management

a)       Strategize & manage overall budget to deliver business ambition

 

Functional competencies

1.      Solid experience of all-rounded marketing communication ( media, seeding, social activation, design, etc.)

2.      Business acumen with strong analytical skills & entrepreneurship

3.      Learning agility & sense to quickly catch up market new knowledge

 

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

Education and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree or above

·        4-5 years of solid background in brand marketing, product marketing in FMCG/Beauty 

 

Specific Knowledge

·        Media environment & trend

·        Influencer management /PR

·        Good business acumen with strong analytical skills and ownership

·        Number sensitive, new business model sensitive

·        Experience in new eCommerce business ecosystem a plus

 

General skills

·        Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin

·        Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word…

·        Good communication & interpersonal skill

·        Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
