岗位职责要求

Achieve yearly sales target and gain share in FGS

·       Propose the sales plan for the assigned Upre+ range to implement the strategic goals set for the business growth

·       Analyzes & insight from current Performance and defines future Business Opportunities

·       Develops B2C consumer journey & improve excellent B2C consumer experience

·       Defines Action Plan with clear models

Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives

·       Propose a Sales Budget (volumes, trade spending, etc.) for the Store assigned

·       Allocate sales volumes and trade spending budgets

·       Monitors Sales Targets achievement on monthly bases and proposes revision where necessary (volumes, profits)

·       Monitors Profit and Loss in the customer Accounts assigned

·       Forecast promotional sku quantities

·       Manage Store stock days

End to end business ability

·       Defines B2C consumer off & on site TA profile to clear Store TA segmentation

·       Develops with the support of shopper Marketing,  to achieve clear B2C consumer insight

·       Defines clearly store engagement & operation plan to maximize consumer shopping experience

·       Develops with Private Domain operation to maximize consumer LTV

Data analysis

·       Combine multi-data to analyze FGS performances and market trends

·       Prepare internal reports for data sharing (scan data, project evaluations, promotions ROI.)

 

Good Communication in internal and external cooperation

·       Be good at listening and asking to find key message from cooperator

·       Good communication skill to increase customer emotional relationship

Manage TP team in supporting business

·       Set goals and define TP’s responsibility, good communication to make sure their good serving in operation

Education and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        5 years working experience on B2C sales operation role or customer management role, FMCG industry is preferred.

·        Ideally working experience on B2C business operation, Ali eco system operation is preferred.

·        Strong data analytical mentality
