岗位职责要求

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement services and operating model on a local level for the scope of services
Smooth execution and closely monitoring of internal and external tax operation tasks
Routine TP documentation and related internal/external TP reporting for CBUs in GC
Work with Record to Report - Financial Control Team and external auditor for the related tax accounting, tax provision and audited report preparation for GC CBUs
Lead the rolling forecast for income tax expenses and tax provision for GC
Lead the TP review with HQ for GC CBUs based on the global schedule
Lead the internal tax reporting to local and HQ stakeholders based on the defined schedules
Be responsible for the Danone internal control testing and action implementation in tax function
Provide tax related advisory to the GC CBUs; lead the tax planning in GC;
Be responsible for the tax audit performed by external tax authorities and execute the related tax defense for the GC CBUs
Support the M&A project in GC
Manage the relationship with external consultants in GC
People manager

Service delivered within SLA and Quality, in line with local laws and regulations
SLAs/ KPIs are shared with relevant stakeholders and concrete actions are taken to improve
Execution of tax operations and tax planning in GC
Develop and implement efficiency roadmap in line with company direction and objectives

Strong knowledge of tax; working experiences in an international organization (English required) and Big 4
Deliver consistent results, analytical and strategic approach and work under pressure
Strong networking skills and influencing capabilities to animate and manage a big number of different stakeholders

 

Fosters an environment that values teamwork and collaboration
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor or above degree, preferably with finance, accounting tax majors
Experience (in years): 15+ in dedicated tax functions, min.5 years as people/team manager
Big 4 and MNC working experience is must
CPA, CTA qualification is a must

 

Good command of English in writing and speaking
