岗位职责要求

Areas of Responsibility:

1.       Drive Essensis LingYi growth

a)       Be responsible for business performance  

b)       Develop overall demand generation strategy & execute with excellence

c)        Track & analyze business performance & drive action plans for success

2.      Be responsible for equity & activation

a)       Plan brand marketing calendar to deliver Marketing & Communication Objectives

b)       Drive core message & claims and equity assets development

c)        Lead 360 activation ( social campaign, celebrity, collaborations)  

3.      Investment management

Strategize & manage overall budget behind across different platforms to deliver business ambition

 

Functional Competencies:

1.       Solid experience of all-rounded marketing communication ( branding, media, seeding, social activation, design, etc.)

2.      From a relatively big scale brand with marketing budget, premium category is preferred

3.      Business acumen with strong analytical skills

 Education and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree or above

·        Over 8 years of solid background in brand marketing, product marketing in IMF/FMCG/Beauty 

 Specific Knowledge

·        Media environment & trend

·        Good business acumen with strong analytical skills and ownership

·        Number sensitive, new business model sensitive

·        Experience in new eCommerce business ecosystem a plus

General skills

·        Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin

·        Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word…

·        Good communication & interpersonal skill

 

·        Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
