岗位职责和要求

Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Design effective operation model, co-work with regional supply chain team to ensure effective implementation and execution of GTM strategy and transformation projects so as to reach target
设计有效运作模型,联动区域供应链团队确保GTM策略和转型项目的有效实施和执行,以达成既定目标;
2. Co-work with RTM, define and implement different channel customers selection criteria and service package
与RTM团队协作,设定并落地不同渠道客户甄选标准以及服务包
3. Define FIFO/Shipment Phasing etc. projects, drive & co-work with regional supply chain team to ensure effective implementation & ensure reaching target
确定先进先出/发运节奏等项目内容,驱动和联动区域供应链团队确保项目有效执行和目标达成
4. Enact annual plan of sales & customer empowerment, co-work with training function and regional supply chain team to implement effectively
制定年度销售及客户赋能计划,协同培训团队和区域供应链协作推进高效执行
5. Responsible for Non-GT customer (sold-to) development evaluation & annual logistics terms update of customer’s distribution contract
负责非传统渠道客户(售达方)开发评估及经销商合同物流条款年度更新
6. Responsible for logistics operation model design & evaluation of new product development
负责新品开发的物流运作部分模型设计和评估
7. Set up effective pre-management & closed-loop management system to identify high/middle risky complains and feedback proactively
建立有效前置管理和闭环管理体系,主动识别中高风险投诉和反馈

Competency Requirements 能力素质要求
1. Rich working experience in logistics / customer service,better to have CRM experience
丰富的物流&客服工作经验,具备客户关系管理经验更佳
2. Falimiar with route-to-market operation & knowledge
对市场通路运作熟悉,并具备相应知识储备
3. Project management capability
项目管理能力
4. Own training experience & construction knowledge of training
具备培训经验及培训体系的知识储备
5. Good communication & collabration capability,especially with commercial & sales team
优秀的沟通合作能力,特别是和销售及商务团队
6. Good team management ability
良好的团队管理能力
 
Position requirement / Critical experience 岗位工作经验要求
1. Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Supply Chain related subject is preferred
本科及以上学历,供应链管理相关专业优先
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics or customer service field
至少在物流或客服领域有5年工作经验
3. Experience in team management with more than 1member
具备一人以上团队管理经验
4. Knowledge of route-to-market
具备市场通路知识
5. Experience in project management
具备项目管理经验
6. Fluent in English, able to use in daily communication
英语流利,能用于日常沟通交流
7. Training experience is a plus
具备培训经验为佳
