岗位职责和要求

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·            Responsible for Cow and Gate trade spend budget management from accrual to settlement and approval and prepare analysis for monthly budget review.

·            Manage overall sales fundamental process to drive category & channel development monthly analysis of Macau market.

·            Monitor and analyze category & channel data to draw business insights to formulate channel promotion strategy in monthly GPS process.

·            Support reporting manager to develop and drive instore visibility and distribution strategy.

·            Work closely with each channel sales managers to develop trade activities to drive sales.

·            Conduct sales activity ROI analysis to draw learnings and identify areas for improvement for next activity planning.   

·           Support to set up price corridor with China DI team to ensure price implementation across different sales channel in Hong Kong, Macau and DI are based on aligned channel role & pricing strategy.

·            Optimize ANP budget and to liaise with procurement team & vendors on POSM, premium, display or any trade materials for BTL activities.

·            Collaborate with cross functional team to support business process or system development based on business objectives.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·            Degree or above in Business/Marketing discipline or equivalent

·            Over 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Sales/ Marketing with FMCG or personal care industry exposure

·            Strategic thinking with good data analytical skills.

·            Take initiative to drive things happened and demonstrates a growth mindset.

·            Excellent interpersonal skill to develops effective working relationships with cross functional team to achieve business results.

·            Fluent in Spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
